JESUS IS THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH
It is his church and he is the head. The pastor and the elders who lead the church are under the authority of Christ. Deacons and ministry leaders form an extended circle of leadership. In addition, every member who is a worker in the church is also part of our structure of governance.
“Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, because it is by faith you stand firm” (2. Co. 1:24)
